We're under direct management of butcher shop, so we can bring you the absolute freshest and best cuts of meat.
We serve only A4 and A5 grade famous name heifer beef, and of course Kobe Beef is on the menu!

At Ishidaya, we use only the best cuts of Japanese Black Cattle heifer beef, taking advantage of our butcher's know-how.
Cut always on the day of use, our meats are so fresh they can be eaten as sashimi. Try our giblets, too.
Enjoy a meal in our calm, homestyle atmosphere. We also have space for dinner parties of up to 25 people.
