Uoshin is a Japanese cuisine restaurant opened by a time-honored fish dealer who has been in the business since the 23nd year of the Meiji Period (1890) in Akasaka. During lunch time, Uoshin offers bento and tenshoku (set meal) menus. Sumikago Bento offers small dishes of an appetizer, simmered dish, boiled vegetables and fish dish beautifully arranged on Sumikago (a charcoal container).
Uoshin's reputed grilled fish use daily shipped seafood offering satisfactory taste. Each course menu is carefully prepared by skillful chef, which complements well with the extensive collections of regional sake. Private room is available for 3 to 8 guests.
