At the office complex of the
Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG). there are many facilities which
may be of interest to the citizens of Tokyo. "The History Exhibition
Hall" where information are available focusing on Tokyo's administrative
autonomy and history, and the "Observatories" commanding
a bird's-eye view of the whole of Tokyo from the height of 202 meters
above the ground.
You may also visit, among others, the high-tech rich "Tokyo
Metropolitan Disaster Prevention Center", the "Metropolitan
Assembly PR Room" where you can learn about the Metropolitan
Assembly, and the "Citizens' information Room" where you
can have a ready access to information on the management of the
TMG, and all about what's going on in Tokyo.
On top, You can enjoy fine pieces of artwork, such as sculptures
and relieves, dotting the inside and outside of the TMG buildings,
creating a relaxing ambient opulent with the aroma of culture.
Your visit to the TMG-a symbol of Tokyo's administrative autonomy
