Since its founding in 1984 as the only sake brewery in the district, the company has helped vitalize local life by expanding its operations from the manufacture of distilled shochu liquor to the brewing of beer and to fields related to life and good health. Tours of the plant conducted year round. Guests may see shochu being made from yams in November and from wheat between January and May and sample the products.
