Comment Public performances of Toyoma-machi "Toyoma-Noh" have been given since the feudal era and are still popular today. A pavilion called the Densho-kan was built as a central facility for promoting the regional culture of this area, with a Noh stage consisting of four major components: main stage, runway, chorus stage and rear stage. Water vases are installed under the main stage for acoustic effects. Natural trees and bamboo forests are delicately arranged to form a pleasant contrast to the stage. In the exhibition room, Noh masks, costumes and other materials are on display to promote visitor interest in the performances.
