The Matsuzaka Cotton Hand-Weaving
Center offers visitors the chance to weave cotton for themselves
as part of a "one-day orihime (weaver) course" (reservations
required). Created using traditional hand-weaving techniques, the
cotton can be dyed with indigo and other natural dyes. Various cotton
products are on sale at the center. |
