In addition to a brewery plant for drying, distilling, saccharification, fermenting, and bottling, the facilities includes the Whisky Center, exhibiting material on the history and production of whiskey, and the Nikka Building, displaying a full range of material on the founding and development of the Nikka Whiskey Company. Visitors may enjoy the restaurant and tea room and a sales outlet for unblended malt whiskey.
Free whiskey sampling on the second floor of the Guest House. The shop offers Hokkaido original products, chocolates popular with whiskey drinkers, and processed marine products. Guests may savor treats available only on Hokkaido in the restaurant Tara on the first floor and at the restaurant Shirakaba (Birch) inside on the left.
