Breaking with tradition, Miyaizumi has opened to the public storehouse Number One, where sake is actually brewed and has created the Aizu Sake Historical Museum. More than thirty thousand visitors yearly are fascinated by the brilliant re-creation of 400 years' sake-brewing history in a building on the site of the former residence. Sake sampling is available. Dry, refreshing Miyaizumi sake. Associated with the Shozuke Ohara Building.
