The spacious Echizen Togei Koen
park stretches over 12 hectares (about 30 acres) in Miyazaki-mura
village, Fukui. In addition to a grassed area designed simply for
enjoying nature, the park is divided into themed squares for various
recreational purposes, such as a pottery square, a recreation square,
and an event square. In the vicinity of the park there are also
many places of interest to pottery-lovers, including a pottery museum,
souvenir shops and craftsmen's private workshops. |
