Comment The goal of this museum is disseminating information on traditional Japanese vinegar and its production. Tours start at Image Hall, where vinegar is introduced, then continue to displays of antique vinegar-making equipment, and a modern vinegar-fermenting room. Panels and website explain the effects of vinegar and how it is used in food preparation.
