Course A：Oga-hanto Peninsula - Hachimantai Plateau - Lake Towada-ko - Oirase
From Hachimantai Plateau, a treasure trove of swamp and mountain plants, to the mysterious crater lake Towada-ko, and onto the Oirase, where you can enjoy a walk amid beautiful nature. A course that takes in dynamic, large-scale nature.

Kazunohanawa - (38 minutes by bus) - Oyu-onsen Spa - (39 minutes by bus) - Lake Towada-ko - (50 minutes by sightseeing boat) - Konoguchi - (38 minutes by bus) - Oirase Keiryu-onsen Spa - (4 minutes by bus) - Towada-ko Onsenkyo Spa (overnight)

Towada-ko Onsenkyo Hot Spring - (bus) - Aomori - sightseeing in the town (Sannaimaruyama-iseki ruins)

- A shuttle bus takes 40 minutes to get from central Aomori to Aomori Airport. The flight from Aomori Airport to Tokyo's Haneda Airport takes 1 hour 10 minutes.
Course B：Monoka-RyusendoCave - jodo-gahama Beach- Tono
A course that takes in the view at Jodo-ga-hama Beach, Ryusendo Cave, one of Japan's three big limestone caves, and Tono. In Morioka, see the Morioka Hashimoto Museum of Art and the Jurokurakan
