TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION is one of the biggest events in Japan that allow around 20 brands to showcase their collections in a runway show, and it lasts about 6 hours. It is held under the theme of “Japanese real clothes to the world.” It also draws attention as popular TV show personalities walk and grace the runway as models every time. You can buy what is on the runway using a cell phone at the venue.

Harajuku Style Collection

Harajuku Style Collection is a fashion show that popular brands and magazines particular to Harajuku hold in collaboration aiming to transmit cultural messages. A hair show is a part of it and the performances of popular hair artists liven up the show. This is also an event that young people who seek to work in the fashion industry as a designer, a model, a hair and make-up artist, a stylist and so on can participate.

KOBE COLLECTION

Kobe is an old port town and is first to obtain Western culture. KOBE COLLECTION is held twice a year inviting brands at home and abroad centering on apparel makers in Kobe, “select shops” and young designers. It is held in Tokyo and Kobe and introduces, together with popular TV show personalities, models and performances of artists, distinctive Kobe styles.

DESIGNTIDE TOKYO

DESIGNTIDE TOKYO is a tradeshow and an exhibition focusing on designing. Artists in various fields who are seriously facing to the society to create their works showcase their excellent ideas and works to the world from Tokyo. DESIGNTIDE is held at various places in Tokyo linking to each other and lasting for several days from late October through early November every year. You can enjoy amusing collaborations between artists and fashion brands unique to this period of time.

CLASKA

A long-cherished old hotel on Meguro-dori Street was renovated and “CLASKA” was born. CLASKA is a cultural complex consists of a gallery shop, a hotel, a restaurant and a studio. CLASKA Gallery & Shop “DO” on the 2nd floor is a “select shop” with a gallery space. The shop selects Japanese items that go well with today’s life from their new point of view from traditional art crafts to cotemporary products. At the gallery, special exhibitions are held at all times.
