Eco Art Festa

This event started in 2007 with a project by volunteers to clean up Osaka harbor – and the garbage was turned into art. Last year, the large objects in Tempozan Harbor Village were illuminated until 10 pm, creating a magical world where people walked around disbelieving their eyes. Could all this really be made from garbage?
