Konan Exit (or East Exit), and get off at the bus stop "Tokyo Nyukoku Kanrikyoku-mae. " Or 15 min. walk from "Tennouzu-Isle Sta." on "Tokyo Monorail" or " Tokyo Rinkai Kosoku Line. "
